Terms of Service

I. General Terms
- Visual references are necessary for the commission. Please include as many references as possible (characters, clothing, accessories, backgrounds, etc.) and be as clear as possible about what you are looking for.
- Alterations increase the price by 50% (this includes changes in poses, adding elements or objects, changes to the character's appearance, etc.).
- Characters with complex designs may increase the base price. Examples include: detailed armor, complex clothing, specific qualities, etc.
- Complex backgrounds increase the price by $20 USD or more.II. Payment Terms
-My commission prices are in USD.
-Payments will be received via PayPal.
-The client will be informed of the commission fee before payment, and the reason for the price will be explained (specifying each factor that increases it).
-Payment is 100% upfront before the commission begins.
-The client's email address will be requested to process a PayPal payment.
-There are no refunds after payment has been sent.III. Process Terms
-If I'm currently working on a commission, the client will be placed on a waiting list, and I will notify them when I begin their commission.
-After notifying the client, there will be a 1-2 week lead time for the commission to be completed. This timeframe may vary depending on the commission.
-During the commission process, I will send you updates on each stage (sketch, line art, flat color, render, final result).
-All necessary changes to the commission will be made during the sketch stage, and color changes will be made during the flat coloring stage.
-Changes during the rendering stage will only be made if they are minor (missing accessories, pose adjustments, color tweaks, etc.). No major changes will be made after the sketch stage.
- After the commission is completed, the client will receive the full resolution via Discord or email (in case the drawing exceeds Discord's 10MB size limit).IV. Usage Terms
-I, the artist, retain all rights to the drawing.
-The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (profile picture, thumbnails, YouTube banners, etc.).
-The client may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, advertisements, paid products, etc.).
-The client may post the drawing on their social media as long as they credit me.
-Commercial artwork will incur an additional fee, which will be discussed with the client.V. NSFW Terms
-If the commission contains NSFW content, the price will increase by $20 USD.
-The price may increase depending on the client's request.
-Content considered NSFW includes: exposed genitals, sexual fluids (semen, vaginal fluids, etc.), exposed nipples, sexual fetishes, sex, and anything involving the above.
-I will not accept commissions containing specific NSFW fetishes (scat, vore, gore, rape, and anything I'm uncomfortable with).
